Product Description
· This product uses environmentally friendly water-based low VOC, while adding water-based fire-resistant emulsion at the same time has the characteristics of fire resistance and electric shock.
· Long-term protection of the vehicle chassis, side guards, wheel guards and other parts, reduce the impact damage of road sand and stone, and prevent environmental corrosion of the vehicle, such as salt and snow melting in wet coastal areas or northern areas.
· Protect the battery from fire and leakage in extreme cases.
· Suitable for urban daily driving, rural dirt roads, mountain roads and other comprehensive complex road conditions, new energy cars, off-road vehicles, and sports car can be sprayed with strong versatility.
Method of use:
1. Lift the vehicle with a lift and remove the vehicle tires and mudguard plastic plates.
2. The parts of the chassis that need to be sprayed must be thoroughly cleaned with a high-pressure spray gun. If there is rust skin, it should be removed and sanded to achieve dust-free, oil-free and rust-free. New cars need to evaporate a thin layer of wax on the chassis.
3. The parts that do not need to be sprayed are tightly covered with paper (including engine, water tank, exhaust pipe, spring, frame number, etc.)
4. Shake vigorously before use to make it even, open the lid of the tank, insert a special spray gun, connect the compressor, and adjust the air pressure between 3.5BAR. About 30cm away from the spraying surface "ten" spraying, spraying speed of 10-15cm per second, point spray.
Note:
1. There is a layer of protective wax on the chassis of the new car. Clean the chassis before use to ensure that there are no oil stains, no impurities, and the chassis is clean.
2. Ensure that the spraying workshop is above 10 degrees. Before spraying (warm water is soaked in cold areas), shake it upside down and shake it well for 1 minute before spraying.
3. If the spraying feeling is not smooth, it is because the effective content of this product is high. Add 1-2 bottle caps of this bottle (warm water in cold areas) to turn the bottle upside down and shake it evenly for 1 minute before spraying. When adding clean water, add a bottle cap to try whether it can be sprayed out. If you can add less, don't add more water, but don't add gasoline and thinner.
4. After the construction is completed, the surface can be dry on the road. In order to ensure the better effect of the product, do not wash the chassis within 72 hours and do not go to high speed, do not touch water within 7 days, do not travel in rainy and snowy weather, and there will be differences with the humidity, temperature and construction environment of the air.
5. Note that armor cannot be sprayed on the heat dissipation system, drive shaft, shock absorber spring, suspension system, axle, brake disc, plastic, or rubber strip.
